Male patient, 68 years of age, weighting 227.1 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, acute coronary syndrome, atrial fibrillation , diabetes mellitus and was treated with Lopressor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute coronary syndrome, angina pectoris, angina unstable, arteriogram coronary abnormal, blood creatinine increased, bradycardia, coronary artery bypass , coronary artery disease , dizziness . Lopressor dosage: 50 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with EPTIFIBATIDE, AMIODARONE, METFORMIN, OMEPRAZOLE, ASPIRIN, HEPARIN, CLONIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
