Male patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Lopinavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: histoplasmosis disseminated, immune reconstitution syndrome, splenic infarction. Lopinavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EFAVIRENZ, LAMIVUDINE, TENOFOVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
