Female patient, 55 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with lipids and was treated with Lopid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, anxiety , blood disorder, blood test abnormal, crying, depression , libido decreased, myalgia, myositis . Lopid dosage: 1200 MG (600 MG, 2 IN 1 D),. During the same period patient was treated with ALTACE. Patient recovered.

Lopid side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Mar 09, 2005. Male patient, 54 years of age, weighting 200.6 lb, was diagnosed with blood cholesterol increased, arthralgia, myalgia, osteoarthritis  and was treated with Lopid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angina pectoris, anxiety , convulsion, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, haematochezia, heart rate irregular, myocardial infarction, rheumatoid arthritis , sleep apnoea syndrome. Lopid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, VENTILAN, CELEBREX, BEXTRA, VIOXX, CALAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
