Male patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome , gout  and was treated with Loperamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hallucination. Loperamide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, CODEINE PHOSPHATE. Patient recovered.
