After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, meningitis cryptococcal, optic atrophy, pulmonary embolism . Lomustine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMPHOTERICIN B, DEXAMETHASONE, TEMOZOLOMIDE, FLUCYTOSINE. Patient recovered.
