Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme, brain oedema, dyspepsia, vomiting and was treated with Lomustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, dyspnoea, febrile neutropenia, hypoxia, pneumonia What is  pneumonia. Lomustine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, RANITIDINE, PROCHLORPERAZINE, FUROSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
