Female patient, 16 years of age, weighting 160.1 lb, was diagnosed with ovarian cyst  and was treated with Loestrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alopecia, menorrhagia, metrorrhagia, vision blurred, visual acuity reduced. Loestrin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
