Female patient, 13 years of age, weighting 134.9 lb, was diagnosed with ovarian cyst  and was treated with Loestrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: flatulence, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, ovarian cyst . Loestrin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 36 years of age, weighting 196.0 lb, was diagnosed with oligomenorrhoea, polymenorrhoea and was treated with Loestrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: metrorrhagia, ovarian cyst , urine ketone body present. Loestrin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ADVIL, SUDAFED. Patient recovered.
