Female patient, 13 years of age, weighting 134.9 lb, was diagnosed with menstruation irregular, ovarian cyst  and was treated with Loestrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , chest discomfort, eructation, flatulence, gastritis, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, muscle spasms, ovarian cyst . Loestrin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
