Female patient, 50 years of age, weighting 205.0 lb, was diagnosed with haemoglobin decreased and was treated with Loestrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal tenderness, blood glucose increased, depression , gallbladder disorder, jaundice , weight decreased.
