Locol side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 02, 2005. Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 152.1 lb, was diagnosed with lipids increased, sedation and was treated with Locol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased, blood creatinine increased, myoglobin blood increased, rhabdomyolysis. Locol dosage: 80 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with PROPOFOL. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: albumin urine, anorexia, asthenia, atrioventricular block first degree, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood calcium decreased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased. Locol dosage: 80 MG, QD. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatinine increased, c-reactive protein increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, glomerular filtration rate decreased, hepatic enzyme increased. Locol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with KATADOLON. Patient recovered.
