After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, myopathy, peripheral nerve operation. Locol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FENOFIBRATE, NICOTINIC ACID, ANAESTHETICS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Locol dosage: 40 MG DAILY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/17/2006.
