Lochol Side Effects Report #5327062-1
Lochol side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on May 11, 2007. Female patient, 85 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Lochol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , constipation , gastroenteritis , intestinal obstruction, nausea , septic shock. Lochol dosage: 20 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with AMOBAN, APLACE, GASLON, GASMOTIN, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, DIOVAN, FLUITRAN, NORVASC. Patient died on 11/24/2006.

During the same period patient was treated with NITOROL, AMARYL, NATEGLINIDE, NIVADIL, DAONIL, BUFFERIN, VASOLATOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/30/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abscess intestinal, muscle atrophy, pyrexia, surgery , urinary tract infection , vomiting. Lochol dosage: 20 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with ACTOS, BASEN, AMARYL, WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
