Livalo side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on June 17, 2005. Male patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperlipidaemia, hypertension, hyperuricaemia, renal failure, hyperkalaemia and was treated with Livalo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, dialysis What is  dialysis, diarrhoea, fall What is  fall, renal failure acute, rhabdomyolysis. Livalo dosage: 1 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DIOVAN, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE, ALLOPURINOL, KREMEZIN, LASIX, ARGAMATE, LAC B. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Livalo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, chest discomfort, rhabdomyolysis. Livalo dosage: 2 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, OMEPRAZOLE, DIOVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
