After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, respiratory arrest, shock. Liquid dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, respiratory arrest, shock. Liquid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COLECALCIFEROL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, GLYBURIDE, PROPRANOLOL, TAMOXIFEN CITRATE. Patient died.
