Male patient, 77 years of age, weighting 160.9 lb, was diagnosed with staphylococcal infection , prophylaxis, atrial fibrillation , deep vein thrombosis , hyperglycaemia, gastrointestinal carcinoma and was treated with Linezolid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: liver function test abnormal, renal failure acute. Linezolid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PANTOPRAZOLE, LANSOPRAZOLE, AMIODARONE HYDROCHLORIDE, FLUCLOXACILLIN, HEPARIN, INSULIN, TAZOCIN. Patient recovered.
