Linezolid side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 24, 2007. Female patient, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with wound infection staphylococcal and was treated with Linezolid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pyrexia, rash . Linezolid dosage: 600MG IV Q 12 HRS. During the same period patient was treated with LANSOPRAZOLE, DIPHENHYDRAMINE, PROMETHAZINE, ONDANSETRON, MONTELUKAST, ACETAMINOPHEN W, METRONIDAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
