Male patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia , gout , blood cholesterol increased, hypertension, asthma  and was treated with Linezolid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, metabolic acidosis. Linezolid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, ASPIRIN, LANSOPRAZOLE, LIPITOR, PYRIDOXINE, RAMIPRIL, ALBUTEROL. Patient recovered.
