Linezolid side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on May 15, 2008. Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with wound infection and was treated with Linezolid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, convulsion. Linezolid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL TARTRATE, FAMOTIDINE, ZONISAMIDE, ARIPIPRAZOLE, LEVETIRACETAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.

Linezolid dosage: 1200 MG (600 MG, 2 IN 1 D); INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, SIMVASTATIN, PARACETAMOL, MORPHINE, ACTOCORTINA, AMIODARONE, OMEPRAZOLE, DOPAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/21/2005.
