After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, bronchospasm, hypotension. Lignocaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFAZOLIN, ATENOLOL, KETOPROFEN, FENTANYL, MIDAZOLAM, ROCURONIUM BROMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
