Male patient, 53 years of age, weighting 135.0 lb, was diagnosed with spinal cord injury and was treated with Lidoderm. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, asthenia, pain , pain in extremity. Lidoderm dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site erythema, application site oedema, application site reaction, application site ulcer, asthenia, dermatitis exfoliative, leg amputation, pain . Lidoderm dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died.

Lidoderm dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MONOPRIL, DOXYCYCLINE, CALCIUM GLUCONATE, VITAMIN B CAP. Patient recovered.
