Female patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with local anaesthesia, sedation and was treated with Lidocaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, blood disorder, blood pressure diastolic decreased, coma, haemoglobin decreased, hypotension, hypoventilation, lethargy, methaemoglobinaemia. Lidocaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BENZOCAINE SPRAY, MIDAZOLAM, ASPIRIN, ALBUTEROL, FLUMAZENIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
