After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, arteriosclerosis coronary artery, brain oedema, cardiac arrest , endocardial disease, grand mal convulsion, hypoxic encephalopathy, incorrect dose administered. Lidocaine dosage: 500 MG; ONCE; IV. Patient died.
