Male patient, 56 years of age, weighting 215.0 lb, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Librax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: constipation , dry mouth, dry throat, fatigue, headache , hot flush, insomnia, nasal dryness, nausea . Librax dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
