After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, chest pain . Lialda dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with VITAMIN, FISH OIL, ROZEREM, AVAPRO, CUTIVATE. Patient died on 01/21/2008.
