Lexiva Side Effects Report #4725791-1
Lexiva side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on July 22, 2005. Male patient, 46 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Lexiva. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: carotid artery atheroma, carotid artery occlusion, cerebral infarction, cerebrovascular accident, cerebrovascular disorder, convulsion. Lexiva dosage: 700 MG PO BID. During the same period patient was treated with INVIRASE, RITONAVIR, TRUVADA, DURAGESIC, ANDROGEL, TRAZODONE, VALGANCYCLOVIR, PENTAMIDINE ISETHIONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/08/2005.

During the same period patient was treated with FLAGYL, NORVIR, COMBIVIR, STOCRIN, REYATAZ, GASTER, TAKEPRON, AMARYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
