Lexiva Side Effects Report #5129762-5
Lexiva side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 21, 2006. Female patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Lexiva. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, diarrhoea, malaise. Lexiva dosage: 1400MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, VIREAD, EPIVIR, LUNESTA. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, diarrhoea, feeling abnormal, lethargy, malaise, nausea , somnolence. Lexiva dosage: 1400MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, VIREAD, EPIVIR, LUNESTA, ZIAGEN, DIAZEPAM, PROTONIX. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, abnormal dreams, ageusia, anorexia, anosmia, asthenia, back pain , blood bilirubin increased, fat atrophy. Lexiva dosage: 700MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ZIAGEN, NORVIR, VIRACEPT, TOPROL, IMDUR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 44 years of age, weighting 253.5 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection , ill-defined disorder, back pain  and was treated with Lexiva. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , abdominal pain upper, anorexia, ascites, asthenia, chromaturia, coagulopathy, confusional state. Lexiva dosage: 700MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with VIREAD, EPIVIR, RITONAVIR, BACTRIM, ZITHROMAX, EFFEXOR, TYLENOL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 06/13/2004.
