Levothroid Side Effects Report #4694544-5
Levothroid side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 10, 2005. Female patient, 80 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and was treated with Levothroid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: astrocytoma, cardio-respiratory arrest, cerebrovascular accident, cerebrovascular disorder, coronary artery disease , decreased appetite, dehydration, dyspnoea, hypercalcaemia. Levothroid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX, FOSAMAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/19/2003.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: astrocytoma, cardio-respiratory arrest, cerebrovascular accident, cerebrovascular disorder, confusional state, coronary artery disease , decreased appetite, dehydration, disorientation. Levothroid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX, FOSAMAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/19/2003.

Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 200.6 lb, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis  and was treated with Levothroid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , cerebrovascular accident, injury, pain . Levothroid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/20/2001.
