Levonorgestrel side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Jan 29, 2009. Female patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with contraception, urinary tract infection  and was treated with Levonorgestrel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain lower, amenorrhoea, iud migration, nausea , staphylococcal sepsis, suprapubic pain, urinary tract infection . Levonorgestrel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVONORGESTREL IUS, CIPROFLOXACIN, CEFUROXIME. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
