Female patient, 95 years of age, weighting 142.9 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Levofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, nephritis interstitial, rash , rash erythematous, renal failure. Levofloxacin dosage: 250 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with CLOPIDOGREL, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, PANTOPRAZOLE, IMDUR, FUROSEMIDE, RANITIDINE, FESO, VIT C. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
