Female patient, 72 years of age, weighting 139.0 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Levofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, inflammation, pruritus. Levofloxacin dosage: 500 MG DAILY INTRAVENOU. During the same period patient was treated with ALBUTEROL, ALENDRONATE, PREMARIN, ADVAIR DISKUS, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, SINGULAIR, TOLTERODINE LA, NABUMETONE. Patient recovered.
