Female patient, 37 years of age, weighting 135.0 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Levofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, crohn's disease , malabsorption, nerve injury, pain , pelvic pain , proctalgia, tendonitis, vaginal pain. Levofloxacin dosage: 500 MG 1 TABLET EVERY DAY PO. Patient recovered.
