Male patient, 57 years of age, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with wound  and was treated with Levofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, feeling abnormal, hyperhidrosis, nausea , retching, urticaria, wound complication. Levofloxacin dosage: 500MG ONCE IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with IBUPROFEN, DARVON. Patient recovered.
