Levofloxacin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 12, 2006. Female patient, 37 years of age, weighting 113.8 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection , pain  and was treated with Levofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, grand mal convulsion, loss of consciousness, pain , paraesthesia, tongue biting. Levofloxacin dosage: 500 MG DAILY IV. During the same period patient was treated with MEPERIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
