After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, bacteria blood identified, blood creatinine increased, catheter related infection, diarrhoea haemorrhagic, faeces discoloured, heart rate irregular, international normalised ratio increased, malaise. Levofloxacin dosage: 250 MG EVERY OTHER DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, LASIX, LANOXIN, COUMADIN, FLUOXETINE, GEMFIBROZIL, ARICEPT, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
