Levofloxacin Side Effects Report #5151021-5
Levofloxacin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 13, 2006. Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 110.0 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection , deep vein thrombosis , pulmonary embolism  and was treated with Levofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain lower, blood creatinine increased, haematuria, haemoglobin decreased, international normalised ratio increased, urinary tract infection , urine leukocyte esterase positive. Levofloxacin dosage: 500MG QD. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
