Levofloxacin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Jan 05, 2005. Female patient, 95 years of age, weighting 142.9 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Levofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, nephritis interstitial, rash , rash erythematous, renal failure. Levofloxacin dosage: 250 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with CLOPIDOGREL, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, PANTOPRAZOLE, IMDUR, FUROSEMIDE, RANITIDINE, FESO, VIT C. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
