Female patient, 75 years of age, weighting 174.2 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Levofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, dizziness , dyspnoea, extrasystoles, pollakiuria. Levofloxacin dosage: 500MG DAILY (DURATION: 2 DAYS). During the same period patient was treated with AVALIDE, ATIVAN, KERLONE, MANY OTC SUPPLEMENTS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
