Female patient, 72 years of age, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Levofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: delirium. Levofloxacin dosage: 500MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKOTE, NORVASC, ASPIRIN, PLAVIX, LISINOPRIL, TOPROL, ACIPHEX, ZOLOFT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
