Levetiracetam side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from CANADA on Oct 31, 2005. Female patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with convulsion and was treated with Levetiracetam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anorexia, catatonia, cognitive disorder, communication disorder, confusional state, dependent personality disorder, diet refusal, fear. Levetiracetam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXCARBAZEPINE, GABAPENTIN, TOPIRAMATE, CLOBAZAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
