Levetiracetam side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Sept 25, 2007. Female patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 59.30 lb, was diagnosed with partial seizures and was treated with Levetiracetam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anxiety , muscle twitching, somnolence, tearfulness, tic . Levetiracetam dosage: 700 MG 2/D PO. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROATE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, agitation, anxiety , condition aggravated, convulsion, hallucination, incoherent. Levetiracetam dosage: 500 MG 2/D PO. During the same period patient was treated with MAGNESIUM VALPROATE, LAMOTRIGINE, CLONAZEPAM. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, eating disorder , peripheral coldness, skin discolouration, somnolence, tremor, vomiting. Levetiracetam dosage: 500 MG 2/D PO. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERIDONE, VALPROATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
