Levate side effect was reported by a Health Professional from CANADA on Oct 17, 2006. Female patient was treated with Levate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: grand mal convulsion, hallucination, overdose, psychotic disorder , tachycardia. Levate dosage: 1500 MG; PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
