Levate side effect was reported by a Health Professional from CANADA on Oct 17, 2006. Female patient, 30 years of age, was treated with Levate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, dysphagia, extrapyramidal disorder, hypotension, oculogyric crisis, overdose, speech disorder. Levate dosage: 45 MG; PO. During the same period patient was treated with NARDIL, SOMNOL, NOCTEC, ATIVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
