Leuprorelin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on June 10, 2008. Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with prostate cancer stage iii, hypertension, osteoporosis , constipation , antibiotic prophylaxis and was treated with Leuprorelin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: constipation , interstitial lung disease, osteoporosis . Leuprorelin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BICALUTAMIDE, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE, ALFACALCIDOL, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, ISONIAZID, BACTRIM, PYRIDOXAL PHOSPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Leuprorelin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Feb 14, 2007. Female patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with breast cancer  and was treated with Leuprorelin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood bicarbonate increased, blood ph increased, constipation , cough, cryptogenic organising pneumonia, dyspnoea, hot flush, injection site induration, insomnia. Leuprorelin dosage: 11.25 MG (11.25 MG, 1 IN 12 WK) SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with NOLVADEX, TAKEPRON, BENET, ONEALFA, PURSENNID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
