Male patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with prostate cancer stage iv and was treated with Leuprolide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose increased, cardio-respiratory arrest, disseminated intravascular coagulation, dyspnoea exertional. Leuprolide dosage: 11.25 MG (11.25 MG, 1 IN 12 WK), SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CHLORMADINONE ACETATE. Patient died.
