Leukeran Side Effects Report #4652334-3
Leukeran side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Apr 28, 2005. Female patient, 74 years of age, was treated with Leukeran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, malaise, nausea , pruritus. Leukeran dosage: 16MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, METOPROLOL, PANTOPRAZOLE, SPIRONOLACTONE, TERAZOSIN, AMLODIPINE, FUROSEMIDE, INSULIN MIXTARD. Patient recovered.

Leukeran side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED KINGDOM on Feb 08, 2006. Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis  and was treated with Leukeran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aplastic anaemia, arthralgia, headache , malaise, neutropenic sepsis, night sweats, purpura, rash . Leukeran dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZYLORIC, WARFARIN, AMLODIPINE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
