Leukeran side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from KOREA, REPUBLIC OF on Dec 12, 2005. Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with waldenstrom's macroglobulinaemia and was treated with Leukeran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, dyspnoea, karyotype analysis abnormal, myelodysplastic syndrome. Leukeran dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, PREDNISOLONE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, asthenia, condition aggravated, confusional state, contraindication to medical treatment, cough, dysphagia, liver disorder, respiratory distress. Leukeran dosage: 2MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LIVER SUPPORTING AGENT, FAT FREE, CORTICOSTEROID. Patient died on 01/01/2008.
