Leukeran side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from NORWAY on Aug 01, 2005. Female patient, 75 years of age, was treated with Leukeran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow depression, c-reactive protein increased, infection What is  infection, mouth haemorrhage, pneumonia What is  pneumonia, pyrexia, sepsis What is  sepsis, skin laceration. Leukeran dosage: 22MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, NATRON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/25/2005.

Leukeran side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 28, 2005. Male patient, 51 years of age, was treated with Leukeran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood bilirubin increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, bone marrow depression, cold agglutinins positive, complement factor c3 increased, haemolysis, pancytopenia, red blood cell abnormality. Leukeran dosage: 8MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with EPREX, LEUSTATIN, ALLOPURINOL, FERROUS SULPHATE, NEUPOGEN, RED BLOOD CELLS, VITAMIN B. Patient recovered.
