Leukeran Side Effects Report #5705745-9
Leukeran side effect was reported by a Physician from EGYPT on Apr 10, 2008. Female patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with non-hodgkin's lymphoma and was treated with Leukeran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, asthenia, condition aggravated, confusional state, contraindication to medical treatment, cough, dysphagia, liver disorder, respiratory distress. Leukeran dosage: 2MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LIVER SUPPORTING AGENT, FAT FREE, CORTICOSTEROID. Patient died on 01/01/2008.

Male patient, 70 years of age, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Leukeran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute psychosis, agnosia, apraxia, asthenia, incontinence, leukoencephalopathy, personality change, personality disorder . Leukeran dosage: 52MG EVERY TWO WEEKS. During the same period patient was treated with NORVASC, METOHEXAL, ACERCOMP, FUROSEMIDE, KALIUM DURILES. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
