Leucovorin Side Effects Report #4600588-1
Leucovorin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Feb 28, 2005. Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with rectal cancer and was treated with Leucovorin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anorexia, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, diarrhoea, dysgeusia, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, jaundice , malignant neoplasm progression, metastases to liver. Leucovorin dosage: 75 MG/DAY/CYCLE, PO. During the same period patient was treated with FAMOTIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/28/2004.
